One Piece Sub-frame
We start with a full 1 piece sub frame assembly. Instead of welding a separate piece of steel onto the front of the trailer for the tongue, we utilize a continuous tube main frame design which provides added strength and durability. The steel is specially formed for our trailers at the vendor so that from the front of the tongue to the rear of the main frame is all one piece of steel with no cuts or splices.

Toolbox and Storage area
New for 2010 is our tool box and storage area design. We have moved the lockable tool box forward behind the bolt on jack assembly and utilized the space behind the tool box for added storage. |

Load Securement
A combination of D-rings and stake pockets are standard equipment on TrailMax utility trailers for better load securement and trailer versatility. Stationary decks have 2 d-rings and stake pockets per side and the tilt decks have 4 d-rings and stake pockets per side.

Crossmember Spacing
The real TrailMax difference is in the tubular frame and crossmembers. The tubular design not only adds durability to the trailer, it also prevents less deck flex therefore reducing the damage done to hard everyday use. 16” Crossmember spacing increases durability and adds increased support to the load. The modular electrical system is routed through the tubular frame thus protecting it from the harsh contaminants from the road.

Bolt on Fenders and Heavy Duty Tires and Studs
Another great feature to our utility trailers is our bolt on fender assemblies. Made of heavy duty 10 gauge steel, the bolt on fender assembly simplifies replacement of the fenders should one ever become damaged. TrailMax utility trailers also feature 235/80R 16 10-ply Goodyear tires with 9/16” wheel studs. |

License Plate Light and Holder

82.5" Deck Width with No.1 Grade Decking
At TrailMax we have also identified that equipment is getting bigger and bigger each year. For this reason we have widened the space in between the fenders to a non-obstructed 82 ½” width. This trailer also features a full width knife edge approach plate to make loading and unloading easier. Decking material consists of No. 1 grade 2" rough surface fir. decking is fastened to the tubular frame at every crossmember to ensure decking stays in place.
