RYAN GREAVES
Chief Operating Officer, J Pierski Enterprises
Ryan Greaves serves as the Chief Operating Officer of J Pierski Enterprises, bringing a broad and accomplished background in manufacturing operations, sales strategy, and organizational leadership. With 15 years of experience at Charmac Trailers, Ryan developed deep expertise in sales, procurement, and manufacturing—skills that have been instrumental in driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of quality across the enterprise's trailer brands, including TrailMax and Charmac.
Prior to his executive role, Ryan gained significant industry insight as a Territory Manager at Reliance Metalcenter. His work in steel sales and customer relations added critical knowledge in materials sourcing and strategic client engagement—both vital to the manufacturing ecosystem.
He further expanded his professional scope as a Senior Account Manager at Southern Fabrication Works, where he managed key accounts and oversaw complex fabrication projects. This role sharpened his skills in project management, client development, and operational planning.
Ryan’s passion for producing high-quality products, combined with his eye for process improvement and detail, plays a pivotal role in J Pierski Enterprises' mission to lead with excellence in trailer manufacturing. His leadership is a necessity in shaping the company’s operational strategies, promoting innovation, and driving scalable growth.
Mike Lemrick
CONSULTANT, J PIERSKI ENTERPRISES
We’re excited to welcome industry veteran Mike Lemrick to J Pierski Enterprises in a consulting role. With more than 40 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing operations, product design, and leadership, Mike is the visionary who founded TrailMax Trailers, a brand celebrated for its unmatched performance and reliability.
Growing up on a dairy farm sharpened Mike’s knack for diagnosing and repairing machinery—skills that blossomed into a lifelong passion for mechanical innovation. By the mid‑1980s he was building custom truck bodies and, soon after, premium equipment trailers. Recognizing a growing demand for rugged, high‑performance products, Mike launched TrailMax and quickly set a new industry standard for quality.
In this next chapter at J Pierski Enterprises, Mike will share his engineering expertise to refine and expand the TrailMax product line, streamline manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and throughput, and champion technology and innovation that keep TrailMax at the forefront of heavy‑duty trailer design. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to combining his legacy of excellence with our momentum as we propel TrailMax into its next era.
