Mission

Excellence in every act- to create products that are an important part of our customers’ success. Ensuring that every unit that is put into service was built using the best available engineering, responsibly sourced raw materials, by a team of dedicated people who love coming to work.

Beliefs

  • We believe that the best days of American manufacturing are yet to come.

  • We recognize that American manufacturing leaders lost sight of the fact that planned obsolescence is the definition of sub-par.

  • We demand of ourselves, to empower American ingenuity in whatever way it manifests.

  • We will employ every advantage we can to SAFEGUARD our employees’ future through our supply chain.

  • We know that all of this is true, because Grandpa’s 1975 American made microwave is still nuking leftovers to this day.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Trailmax Industries believes in quality over quantity coupled with acting locally which will echo globally. This starts with our investment in the Trailmax team.

The individual team member who holds themselves accountable to uphold the standards and mission of Trailmax is the foundation of all we do. In turn, Trailmax pays our team members on a transparent, measurable, published pay schedule eliminating inequality due to gender, race, or age. You will spend more time with your co-workers than your family for a large part of your life. Trailmax was founded on the principle of making an ethical profit margin for stakeholders. Risk was assumed by the founding owners, but our team makes it happen every day and that fact is reflected in how we pay, period.

Our North American team is composed of people who love the outdoors. Part of working at Trailmax means volunteering to work locally to improve our environment and tireless effort to source our raw materials from responsible vendors and to incorporate and use sustainable materials in our products whenever possible.
